Returns and Cancellation Policy
At Augie Sundays, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of your item's delivery.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for "change of mind." However, if your product meets the following criteria, we can issue a credit note:
- The item is returned within 30 days of order delivery.
- The product is undamaged and unused.
- The purchase was not made at a sale price.
To initiate a return, ensure your item is in its original condition, unworn, and unused, with all tags and packaging intact. Additionally, you'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Here's how the return process works:
- Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, explaining the reason for your return and providing your receipt number. If your item is faulty, please attach photographs showcasing the issue.
- Once your return is accepted, you'll receive a confirmation email from us. Please ship the product back to us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order and share the tracking number via email. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot compensate for lost packages.
- Please note that Augie Sundays does not cover the cost of your return unless the product is faulty.
Environmentally Conscious Packaging:
We care about our planet, which is why we use 100% Compostable & Eco-Friendly Packaging Shipping Mailers to minimize our environmental impact.
If a credit note is issued, it will be the total order cost minus the shipping fees. The credit note will be sent to the email address you provide once the return process is complete.
Important Points to Remember:
- We do not refund shipping costs or sale items.
- For exchanges and returns of non-faulty items, you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
- In the case of a faulty item, Augie Sundays will refund your standard satchel shipping charges. Ensure you add tracking to your return package, and once it reaches our warehouse, we'll process the refund.
