Cancellation and Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We do not offer refunds for "change of mind" but can provide a credit note if the product adheres to the below terms:
- Is returned within 30 days of order delivery
- Is not damaged
- Was not purchased with sale price
- Has not been used
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If all of these conditions are met, please do the following:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know why you are returning your item and provide your receipt number. If your item is faulty please send photographs so we can see the issue.
- You will receive an email from us when your return has been accepted. Please return product within thirty (30) days of receiving your order and email us with your tracking number. We cannot offer any compensation for any packages lost in transit so we do suggest you use tracking on your packages.
- Please note Augie Sundays is not responsible for the cost of your returned item unless the product is faulty.
We want to limit our footprint on the environment so we ship in 100% Compostable & Eco-Friendly Packaging Shipping Mailers.
If a credit note is supplied it will be your order total cost minus the shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent to your provided email address once the return has been fully processed.
Please note, we cannot refund on shipping costs or sale items
Return shipping costs
Subject to our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation, for exchanges and return of non-faulty items you will be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
If your item is faulty Augie Sundays will refund your shipping charges (for a standard satchel cost). We do suggest you use a trackable satchel. If your parcel does not arrive to the Augie Sundays' warehouse we will be unable to process the refund.
